Please DO NOT wipe down, wash with water or attempt to clean the exterior. Improper washing techniques cause scratches to the paint which is classified as damage. We got you! Enjoy your trip and let us do the cleaning our way at our own auto detailing shop. Before each trip, the vehicle is professionally detailed and sanitized that meets or exceeds Turo's standard. EXCESSIVE dirt, grime, oils, mud (and the like), stains on the interior and trash may be subjected to a cleaning fee according to the terms of service.
Definitely! They are free for you to use when you need, just kindly remember to keep it in the vehicle (phone charger). For the first aid kit, we hope you'll never have to use it but we place a kit in our vehicles just in case. Better have it and not need it than needing it and not having one.
