• Can I bring pets into the vehicle?

  Normally in this case I am usually flexible, I love animals but due to the volume and diversity of guests who rent, out of courtesy, no pets are permitted in the vehicle.

• How do I contact you with any issues or concerns?

  You can call/email/text anytime during your trip, I will be do my best to accommodate/ assist you. Turo has 24/7 Roadside Assistance which you can call or contact via the Turo app.

• How much fuel should I return the vehicle with?

  Normally I will drop-off vehicle with a full tank of gas. Unless a Prepaid Fuel Extra is purchased, Please return the vehicle with the same amount to avoid any fuel surcharges.

• How do I check-out?

  Please make sure to take any relevant photos of landmarks that will help the host locate the vehicle at check-out. 1. Please park the vehicle is a safe manner, to avoid any unwanted tickets. 2. Check yourself out on the Turo App. 3. Place the lockbox snug onto the window by holding the box on the outside while rolling up the window while the car is on. Do no use the Auto function as it will detect an obstacle and wont work. 4. Place the key fob into the faraday bag and place it snug inside the lockbox. If you have a vehicle with remote access, simply place the key inside the provided faraday bag and store in center console or glove. 5. Notify host of your departure and check-out and enjoy the rest of your day! You are all set! Don't forget to rate the host and look out for any coupon codes for your next booking.

• How do I operate the lockbox?

  For the lockbox, there is a "clear" button between the # & * key. Or can be displayed as a "C" depending on the lockbox used. 1. Press "Clear" 2. Type in code 3. Press Metal Tab or Twist Knob to open. There is a faraday bag within the lockbox containing the key. To block the RFID signal (to prevent fob from working). Please make sure at the time of check-out to place the key in faraday bag before placing it into the lockbox.

• What is the PIN?

  This host's entire process is all contactless, the host needs to make sure it is the person on the Valid Driver's License that is driving the vehicle. Please upload a photo of your drivers license no later than 24 hours prior to your trip, once you locate the vehicle and take a clear photo of yourself with your license standing beside the vehicle, the host will compare this with your ID and provide PIN for access. You may delete your ID for personal security once check-in process is complete.
