• You offer delivery/pick up - can I do different locations for each?

  You certainly can. All you need to do is ensure you book with the correct address for your initial pickup as that's where we will take the car on the day. Once you have the car, we can coordinate a final drop off location that's different if convenient.

• What happens if the car received a parking ticket or speeding ticket?

  Any booking under your name will be referenced and nominated to you.

• I want to clean the car, where should I bring it to?

  We ask that if the vehicle is extremely dirty that you clean it before return. There are convenient automatic car washes around Melbourne that you may use. Otherwise vehicles with typical dust from every day use is fine to be returned without washing the vehicle. Please ensure you remove all rubbish from vehicle.

• Is there a Toll pass/E-tag provided?

  Yes, every vehicle has an E-tag provided, please feel free to use the tolls as required. At the end of your trip, any toll trips will be charged to you.
