It seats 8 passengers with so much extra cargo space. ✦ Remote check-in ✦ Contactless pick-up and drop-off 💡Guests are responsible for paying tolls during their trips. For invoices received after your trip for unpaid tolls, requests for reimbursement will be sent to you at that time. 💡For trips requiring airport delivery, parking fees at the airport are included in the rental cost for your trip. Please use cash left in the vehicle to pay parking fees to exit the lot or pay and request reimbursement after your trip. 💡The vehicle is GPS equipped. Our vehicle is up-to-date on maintenance and is inspected on a regular basis to provide you with a reliable and comfortable ride. Please note that it does have normal wear and tear as well as small dings, dents, and scratches that do not affect the performance or the overall appearance of the vehicle. These conditions are already documented on our side as pre-existing conditions. Please reach out with any questions you might have!

🚫 No smoking, No Vaping, No E-Cigarettes, No Marijana allowed on Turo vehicles 🚫 Excessive speeding is a violation of Turo's policy! 🚫 No towing allowed on Turo vehicles 🚫 No pets 💡 I would recommend using a 12V USB charger, which will be included in the vehicle, to charge your devices during our trip. ✦ Return the vehicle with the same level of gas as it was at check-in or simply select the Prepaid Refuel option from the Extras. If not, a $10 inconvenience fee will be charged plus the cost of refueling after the trip. ✦ Keep the vehicle clean and treat it responsibly. Turo's Cleaning Policy applies. ✦ Do not engage in Prohibited Uses as defined by Turo. ✦ Reimbursement invoices (if applicable) for refueling cost, additional distance, tickets, and tolls will be sent to you after the trip. ✦ Guests with longer-duration trips, depending on miles driven, may be asked to stop by at a nearest Toyota dealership for regular maintenance per manufacturer's recommendation (there is no additional cost to you for routine maintenance services). ✦ Please note that claims for eligible damages that may happen during our guests’ trips will be managed directly by Turo unless otherwise arranged between us. The out-of-pocket maximum you will have, in case of Turo managed claims, will depend on the protection plan you choose for your trip. The invoice of such shipping cost will be sent to you for reimbursement. Otherwise, I will make every effort to hold items that are left behind for 60 days after your trip. FAQ

  • Do I need to wash the vehicle at the end of the trip prior to check-out?

    Please refer to Turo's Cleaning Policy for guidance. In general, please keep the vehicle clean and return it in the same condition it was in when you first received it. There will be a $150 cleaning fee for violations as detailed in Turo's Cleaning Policy.

  • Can I make modification to the trip plan once it's booked?

    Yes, you can, and this is all done in Turo App. Guests must submit a request to extend or shorten their trip, to add Extras, to add or remove delivery, or to change a delivery location. Verbal agreements or arrangements made in Turo messaging regarding trip changes don't count. Guests must submit their request via the Turo system, and Host must approve it there.

  • Do I have to fill up the gas before returning the vehicle at the end of the trip?

    Yes, please refuel the vehicle (Regular grade) to bring it up to the same level of gas as it was at check-in. If not, a $10 inconvenience fee will be charged plus the cost of refueling after the trip. Otherwise, simply select the Prepaid Fuel option from the Extras.

  • How do I get reimbursed for the parking fee I paid at the airport parking lot?

    Please upload a photo of the receipt in Turo messaging and contact Turo to receive reimbursement after your trip.

  • What is the allowed time window for me to pick up and return the vehicle for my trip?

    For pickup: Please pick up the vehicle within 30 minutes of the scheduled trip start time. The vehicle can be available for pickup up to 1 hour early if this is feasible for both you and host and agreed via Turo messaging well in advance. Our vehicle will usually be available for pickup before the trip start time, and we will message you as soon as it is ready to be picked up. For return: Please return the vehicle within 30 minutes of the scheduled trip end time. You can check out and return a vehicle up to 3 hours early without submitting a trip change request only if you receive your host’s written consent in Turo messaging. There won’t be any refund for returning the vehicle up to 3 hours early in this scenario. Outside of the above scenarios, you must submit change requests in Turo App to either extend or shorten your trip.
