Cesar is responsive and attentive to our needs as a family. The van performed as expected; it was super easy to get to and deliver it.

The host cancelled this trip 3 hours before it started. This message was automatically posted by Turo.

This was unfortunate. The van had a transmission leak that needed to be fixed immediately and I did not want the guest to have any issues. The guest booked and I immediately told them about the issue. It was not a last minute cancellation.
