Much thanks to Lam. Our plans had changed a couple of times. He honored our request to extend the use of the vehicle and even allowed change of location for vehicle pickup. Lam was very accomodating and very flexible. He is responsive and provided a great vehicle. Thanks again.

First time using Turo and everything went very smoothly: quick pickup and return at the airport using the lockbox to get the key to the minivan. Lam was very responsive. I would recommend Turo to other travelers.
