Only part about this rental that sucks is my credit card limit..... Great business people with clean car full of gas!! I wanted to cry because I didn’t want to let go, so perfect for ride share/delivery platform!! Hope to get again soon!!

All went very smoothly. Would definitely use them again. Only thing was posting says free delivery when car had to be picked up near the airport. Cost an extra $50 for the UBER round trip.

This was a hot mess of a reservation. They advertised is at pickup at the airport and upon arriving I find out the car is 10-miles away!! After over an hour phone call Turo confirmed she didn’t advertise this and offered Uber reimbursement to/from the vehicle. I finally get there and this thing is filthy and REEEEEKS of cheap cigarettes and vinegar. Seats were filthy, car hadn’t been washed, cigarette ashes, and even found a toe nail clipping!! Gross!! I’m already late and contact Turo again who offered to reimburse us for having the car cleaned. The breaks were shotty too. Did it get us from point A to B, sure.... but that’s about the only thing that went right in this car. She communicated well, but I doubt she ever inspected the vehicle from her last booking.

This was totally on the Turo representative that misinformed the guest that we would deliver to the airport. We clearly state on our listing that airport delivery requires catching an Uber to it 10 minutes from the airport and told the rep who made the booking the same. But from that initial point of miscomm everything felt wrong for the guest in this reservation. We had the car cleaned and disinfected prior to the rental, but yeah with close to 100 trips, light colored seats do show some wear.

Overall the process was quick and simple. I recommend using the app. The car was a little dirty when I got it and when driving on the highway the car pulls and the steering wheel shakes.
