f I could give 0 stars I would. The cars headlights were not working properly, the car was shaking on the highway, and the middle console was very loose. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST. She is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. She will charge you fees after you’ve returned the car for no reason. The car was spotless when we returned it and she still charged us a $50 fee. On top of that she changed the pick up location last minute and I nearly missed my flight. She is a horrible, horrible, horrible host. It started with her wanting us to give her co-host a ride back from dropping off the car, a fee we paid to have it delivered, but we could not because we had a full car. Then she wanted us to drop off the car at the hotel next to the airport and take a shuttle. Mind you I have car seats, children, luggage and two elderly people with us. She tells me this at 6:30AM, after I had been messaging her since 5:00AM, when I am supposed to be dropping off the car at 7:00 AM after I tell her I cannot do that. Then she has the nerve to continuously harass me with by threatening to continuously charge my account late fees and incidental fees and what not. This whole time I am on the phone with Turo - about 2 hours total- and she is not responding to their calls. Then she tells me Turo will be calling me to “calm me down.” Mind you all of this is done via messaging and my tone, unlike hers, was never hostile. I relay all this information to Turo and they do NOTHING, of course they don’t want to miss out on extorting their customers with ridiculous charges after the car has been returned. Turo also informed me that I won’t be charged a late fee because the host was unresponsive but once the car was returned they charged me a late fee and refused to reverse it. They also keep claiming that there are pictures showing the lack of cleanliness that warranted the fee but when I ask for them, as well as the toll receipts, they beat around the bush and tell me someone will be in contact with me. This experience was horrendous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS RENTAL. Trust me if you upset the host in the least you will get slapped with fees and Turo will do nothing about it.

Good day Hebba drop off was arranged on the airport parking. I would advise you to read turo guidelines since you dropped off the car two hours later. I sent you clear instructions to complete Turo checkout which is not only requested by me but by turo. You failed to complete all the instructions and failed to advise where car was parked. The fees you incurred were reported by me but determined by turo.
