ANY and ALL special requests will be considered!!! ⛱🏈⛳️ Text us your needs: 321-591-9945 We only do delivery to the Orlando Airport unless you contact us prior to booking. Please only book by selecting Orlando International Airport as the delivery location. We do not ❌ do pick up at our 16810 “home” address on the app. For special circumstances or drop off locations, please call us. Our booking includes contactless pick up. The vehicle will be parked in the parking garage (2-3 minute walk from your baggage claim). There will be a parking ticket in the van which will need to be paid to leave the garage. When you return the vehicle, we will pay for the parking after your trip. *** WE WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR RENTAL ONCE BOOKED *** (We understand this happens a lot, especially with the high demand in Central Florida right now. Book in comfort that this vehicle will be yours for your stay!) Any issues with app, booking or any questions, call us direct: 321-591-9945 Turo is very simple to use! Simply request a booking (please put the exact times that you need a pickup and delivery) and we will get your trip confirmed! *** Please keep in mind, these are our personal vehicles. They are not "rentals" and we ask that you treat them as your own. They will be delivered clean, vacuumed, full of gas and ready to go. Please return them in the same condition or select the "post-trip cleaning" and we will take care of the cleaning for you. Same with the fuel, return at any fuel level and we will top it off on your return and add that to the end of the trip price! Simplicity is our goal :) - We ask that the vehicle is returned how it is delivered inside and out to avoid a $75 cleaning fee or up to $250 for deep stains, food spills, etc. - Vehicle is GPS tracked and monitored, please obey all local traffic and speed laws. - All drivers must be approved through Turo. Unauthorized drivers = $1500 fee. - No pets unless prior approval. 321-591-9945. - $1000 smoking fee. Please do not smoke in or near the vehicle. - This vehicle is allowed at the beach... not ON the beach ;) I know you can drive on some beaches in FL, there will be a $500 restoration fee if driven in the sand, deep mud, etc. Thanks!! - Toll pass in vehicle is $5 per day and charged with the total tolls used at the end of you trip. Brandon was great to work with. We had a different rental that canceled the day of our arrival. We had to find another one quickly. Brandon was able to help and mad our first Turo rental very easy. We learned a lot and will continue using Turo.

Brandon was a great host I would book with him if available our flights got canceled the first day then delayed the next day and he kept my reservation with no problem . Then when we left I’m son accidentally took the parking ticket and Brandon was trying to walk me through it all to solve the problem. Car wash and vacuum place was closed but I took a picture and sent it to Brando for confirmation. Overall great trip

I don't know if this whole company is a get rich quick scheme or if it's just Brandon, but Brandon is completely dishonest. Take screenshots of your post because he changes it during the trip when he doesn't like something, then he goes on a contrived rant about how it's just business. 1. He invoiced me $93 for going over mileage when it said unlimited miles at the time of booking. I have an email as evidence saying it was unlimited, but he claimed it's a 200 mile limit. Its shocking that Turo let's the "hosts" change the rules of the trip while you're on it. 2. Brandon left me with the van, and the middle seat was NOT locked in. I have 3 small children 3 and under. He didn't even understand the problem when I brought it to his attention. Then he says no, I'm wrong because I should have checked before putting my kids in (I did notice right away). Such reckless behavior is abhorrent on this platform. 3. Brandon got mad that I didn't answer him right away about where his van is...when i was trying to figure out how to get home AND I had the picture uploaded to the app like he requested. What ensued was the most childish I've see a man behave in a long time. 4. He charged me a $45 delivery fee with the pickup and return instructions: "Brandon or co-host will meet you and provide you with keys". I had to pay a parking fee $19..... Turo didn't refund me for him dishonoring the agreement, and they think I should pay both delivery and pickup fee at the same time. Also it took 30 min to find the car because his instructions were "ask someone where the tunnel is to the garage"........ There was no tunnel you just walk outside to garage A; why is that so hard to say? 5. The TPMS light was going on and off the whole trip. 6. This van doesn't have bluetooth and the after buying AUX cable found out it doesn't work. 7. The surface of the arm rest is dry rotted and scratches up your arm. I had to keep it covered the whole time. 8. He text me to book the van longer because he couldn't drop it off when I already extended it because the app said he wasn't available to drop it off when I wanted to.... but he doesn't even pick up the car it stays in the parking lot until the next victim rents from him. 9. Car has a crash in the front. 10. He made me detail his van for him and told me he had unlimited car washes but when i got there they told me only an employee can go thru and redeem the car wash. 11. He went on a long winded childish rant after I didn't answer while I was trying to navigate my way thru the airport. He told me to send a picture of where the car was located, and that's what I did. He won't stop texting me adolescent thing about how he needs to teach me a lesson and just harassing things of that sort.... I'm not just a salty renter, I've been renting cars from enterprise exclusively since May, and I haven't had any problems that even resemble the problems mentioned here. Renting from Brandon is neither faster, easier, cheaper nor more convenient than just using Enterprise.... just use enterprise unless it's somehow cheaper, and you're strapped for cash, and hope you have a professional host.

At the end of the day, there are people that find taking advantage of someone is okay… until caught. Then they cry foul. - Renter left the state after being asked not to. - There isn’t a single mechanical flaw (tpms) and Matt knows this. - The listing wasn’t changed, all my listings are 200-250 miles per day. - Client avoided calls, texts and messages as he left the state, returned the vehicle and expected me to find it in a 12,000 spot garage with no help. Then added a pic.

Car was wrecked and had major damage to the front end when we picked up and looked like trash. Upon return we had scheduled for 2pm I let Brandon know we were running late and also scheduled it in Turo but did not state a reason. Brandon was rude saying he had another Turo client booked at 230 and we were going to cause him a bad review. Maybe he should have been more concerned about our review and our business rather than someone else’s. After that Brandon tried to charge us a $50 cleaning fee that I am disputing as we did wash the car but he was not satisfied. He also stated regardless he has to clean and detail the car. We won’t ever use a car from Brandon ever again. He’s rude, unprofessional, and vindictive.

Unfortunately we have a very bad renter here. The front bumper had one ding from a previous renter, a new bumper was ordered and installed, the client was made aware before rental. This renter claimed they were “cleaning the car” which is why they were an hour late. Then they requested an extension which by then we were already late for our next client. When the van was returned it was trashed. It was not cleaned and needed extensive cleaning. We strive for 5 stars, always.

Brandon was great to work with. We had a different rental that canceled the day of our arrival. We had to find another one quickly. Brandon was able to help and mad our first Turo rental very easy. We learned a lot and will continue using Turo.

Unfortunately we have a very bad renter here. The front bumper had one ding from a previous renter, a new bumper was ordered and installed, the client was made aware before rental. This renter claimed they were “cleaning the car” which is why they were an hour late. Then they requested an extension which by then we were already late for our next client. When the van was returned it was trashed. It was not cleaned and needed extensive cleaning. We strive for 5 stars, always.
