hatem was a great host. the pickup and return were very easy. he was very accommodating. the van is great. has a ton of cool features to make the ride comfortable, everybody was using the heated seats in the front and middle. the car had a very very faint smoky smell, and there was trash in one of the cupholders when I got it. when breaking at higher speeds, the car shakes a bit. all in all I would rent it again.
