☆☆☆PLEASE READ☆☆☆ With Covid-19 still prevalent and the number of visitors in Hawaii at an all time high, we take your family's safety as well as ours extremely seriously. ☆The vehicle is fully (entire interior is fogged) sanitized using a professional electric ULV fogger (refer to photos) with Virex disinfectant (Hospital grade/ kills 99.9% viruses/bacteria etc) Nothing's wrong with "sanitizing just the hot spots", but when it comes to the safety of your loved ones, why take a chance with somebody who may or MAY NOT be sanitizing the "entire" interior of the vehicle between rentals☆ ☆Sanitizer, lysol wipes, lysol spray, and extra masks are available in the rear storage for your use. Please do not take these items when you leave. These are left as a courtesy☆ This Honda Odyssey Minivan is the perfect choice for a large group, a family, or even for business trips !! This van can take you and your family on your next adventure or just a leisurely drive around the island. Extremely easy to drive with great gas mileage. Fits 7 people comfortably without sacrificing any trunk space! It also can be converted to a cargo van with the rear seats lowered. Don't let the year fool you, this van is extremely clean and in amazing condition. -Extremely low mileage 25k -Serviced every 3k miles to ensure reliability -Ice cold AC/ Dual zone -Seats 7 -Brand New neoprene (wet suit) seat covers -rubber floor mats cover the entire cabin -3.5 liter V6 engine gets 18 mpg city, 25 mpg highway -Power windows, locks, mirrors ☆This vehicle is always SANITIZED, washed, vacuumed, and filled up before each rental. You will never get a sandy or dirty vehicle. I request that this vehicle is returned in the same clean condition that it was received. ☆I highly recommend adding the POST TRIP CLEANING (we will take care of sand in the vehicle) if you plan on going to the beach to avoid extra cleaning fees if the car is returned sandy/dirty. Other hosts will charge up to an additional $100 for sand in the vehicle, and their Post trip cleaning doesn't cover sand. That being said, please dry off and dust off as much as you can before entering the car. If it is returned excessively sandy or dirty, that is not covered by Post trip cleaning. ☆Also there is nothing worse than rushing to the airport to return the car, and realizing you forgot to fill up the gas. The PRE PAID FUEL option is very convenient and takes all the stress out of the return process. ☆Please NO smoking, vaping, pets, food or any beverages allowed inside of the vehicle (except water). We will always provide the vehicle vacuumed and washed. McKinley Car Wash at 1139 Kapiolani Blvd does an excellent job cleaning and vacuuming for a reasonable price. NO LATE RETURNS unless you do a trip extension and it gets approved. We also may have another renter waiting for it right after you. It wouldn't be fair to them to wait for you to return the car late. If you are running late please communicate this with us via the TURO app messaging platform. That way no unnecessary fees will be incurred by you for a no show etc. You CANNOT extend the trip once the time of return has passed or if there is another renter next. No off-roading (gravel roads, sand, mud, red dirt areas, etc) Be careful where you park or you may be ticketed and towed. We have A LOT of metermaids and tow trucks here in Honolulu, especially in Waikiki. If you do not take care of the ticket, there will be Turo fees, late fees, court fees, and collection fees on top of the ticket cost and will be charged to your card automatically by Turo. Many renters get towed and ticketed. If you get towed, some tow yards require me to physically be there to retrieve the vehicle. I will NOT be able to get the car out of the tow yard right away. If this causes a problem of returning the vehicle back on time, Improper and late return fees will be assessed by Turo. Mahalo for reading my policies

FAQ

  • WHATS THE BIG DEAL with all the hosts talking about charging huge extra fees for sand left in their vehicles?

    If you add Post trip cleaning with other hosts, that "Extra" DOES NOT cover any sand in the carpets/ floorboards etc. I'd say the majority of the hosts especially the ones that repeatedly mention "fees" for sand in the vehicle, will charge you up to an extra $100 to clean sand out of the carpets. That's even if you get the post trip cleaning with them. With us, just add the Post trip cleaning ($30) and don't worry about it. We cover sand as long as its not excessive (just dust off as best as you can before you get inside the van and it will be fine lol). If you choose not to get the Post trip cleaning that is totally fine, but if there is sand to be vacuumed up in the carpets it will just be the regular $50 cleaning fee added on at the end of the trip by Turo as an incidental charge. You cannot add on the Post trip cleaning once the trip starts.

  • Does renting with us really include unlimited mileage when other hosts are charging for extra mileage?

    Yes, our vehicles can be driven as much as you want, there is no extra fee for unlimited mileage.
