❇️ FREE CONTACTLESS DELIVERY: [MCO Airport Only] Pickup and Return made easy! We will drop off the vehicle and keys to you at your arrival terminal parking garage and you return it at your departure terminal parking garage. ✔️ Parking Fee: The actual delivery of the vehicle to MCO (Orlando International) is free. The initial parking fee for both pickup and return will be the responsibility of the guest. Fees can be between $2-19 for the day. A lot cheaper than taking Uber or Lyft which can be $40-$50 each way or much more for family. ✔️ Instructions for Pickup: The keys will be in a lockbox on the drivers side window. Once you land, call or text me so that I can give you the location of the vehicle along with the code to the lockbox to access the car keys. ✔️ Instructions for Return: Simply return the vehicle to your departure terminal parking garage. Park the vehicle, lock the car keys inside the lockbox and send me the parking location. ✨Cleaned & Sanitized after every trip! This vehicle comes with complimentary face masks and hand sanitizer. ➡️ COVID-19 RESPONSE - All cars will be cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery. This includes a ten minute surface disinfectant on all interior and exterior touch points, including the steering wheel, AC controls, Radio controls. ➡️ TOLLS - Toll pass device is available for this vehicle. Any Tolls occurred during the rental will be charged to the renter after the vehicle is returned. Invoice will be sent to you and may take up to 4 weeks to get all transactions together. ➡️ FUEL - Car will always be delivered with a full or near full tank of gas. Please return the car at or above the indicated level when you start your trip. If by any chance you are unable to return the car with a full tank of gas, I will request a reimbursement on TURO at the end of the trip, This fee will include the cost of the gas + a $10.00 refueling fee. ⭕️ PLEASE NOTE TURO IS A CAR SHARING COMMUNITY - In other words, please treat the vehicle as if it was your own. ➡️ SMOKING POLICY - Absolutely NO Smoking of any kind in this Vehicles. No cigarettes, No Vapin, No Cigars, No Marijuana, etc. If the vehicle smells of any type of smoke, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with decontaminating the vehicle. It will be reported to Turo and you’ll charged in excess $250+ for detail, decontaminating and cleaning services. ➡️ FUEL - Car will always be delivered with a full or near full tank of gas. Please return the car at or above the indicated level when you start your trip. If by any chance you are unable to return the car with a full tank of gas, I will request a reimbursement on TURO at the end of the trip, This fee will include the cost of the gas + a $10.00 refueling fee. ➡️ TOLLS - Toll pass device has been installed for this vehicle. Any Tolls occurred during the trip will be charged to the guest after the vehicle is returned. Invoice will be sent to you and may take up to 4 weeks to get all transactions together. ➡️ CLEANLINESS - Vehicle will be delivered with a clean interior and exterior. We expect the same when returned. If car is not returned in the same conditions as it was delivered there will be a cleaning fee starting at $25.00. ➡️ PET FRIENDLY - Pet's need to be approved prior pickup date, but consider that it will require a cleaning fee of $25.00. Service animals will be accommodated. Any "accidents" will incur a cleaning fee of $25. ➡️ The Cleaning fee policy for Turo can be found here - https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/207320447-Cleaning-the-car ➡️ COVID-19 RESPONSE - All cars will be cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery. This includes the a ten minute surface disinfectant on all interior and exterior touch points, including the steering wheel, AC controls, Radio controls. ➡️ LEAVING THE STATE OF FLORIDA - This vehicle can NOT leave the state of Florida. There will be a charge of $750.00 plus any additional mile. ➡️ EXTENDED TRIP - If by any chance you need to extend the trip, please inform me 24-48 hours ahead of the final day. I love when travelers extend, the earlier this is communicated the easier it will be for me to plan for your return and future rentals. ➡️ ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE - Please note that the basic and standard insurance does not cover roadside assistance. If you get a flat tire, need a jumpstart, etc. you will be responsible. However, I can offer my roadside assistance for an additional fee of $75.00 (depending on location and distance of event) ➡️ LOST KEY - It is the guest's responsibility in case of loss of the key. Fees may apply for loss of the key. If this occurs during your trip, please contact Turo so that they can send a company to make a new key. The costs will be the responsibility of the guest. ➡️ CURB RASHES AND/OR BENT RIM - Curb Rashes or bent rim tire are a flat $250 per rim to repair the rim. ⭕️ PLEASE NOTE TURO IS A CAR SHARING COMMUNITY - In other words, please treat the vehicle as if it was your own. This is a family vehicle and it is primarily used by family members. We treat and take care of all of our vehicles as best as we can, so we definitely appreciate when that effort is reciprocated.   • Is smoking allowed?

    Absolutely NO smoking. Our guests are primarily family with children. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Do I need to add gas before my trip ends?

    Please return the vehicle with a full tank if you receive the vehicle with a full tank or purchase prepaid refuel for hassle free and worry free return. If you do not full tank the gas, I will invoice you for the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10 convenience fee, per Turo's policy. Please Use 87 unleaded/regular.

  • How do I receive and return the vehicle for MCO, SFO and TPA Airport Delivery?

    You will receive clear instructions when you book the vehicle.

  • How do I add a second or third driver to your trip?

    If you would like to add a second or third driver they would need to create a Turo account and get approved similar to how you first setup as a primary driver. Under the trip section there is a place to add the approved driver's email address.   • Can I use express lane for toll bridges and express lane roads?

    All our vehicles are equip with a Sunpass device and can be use on all toll bridges and express lane roads. Any Tolls occurred during the trip will be charged to the renter after the vehicle is returned. Invoice will be sent to you and may take up to 4 weeks to get all transactions together.

  • Do I need to clean the vehicle before my trip ends?

    Please return the vehicle in the same condition as when you picked it up. Throw away trash and vacuum if left super dirty. If returned super dirty and leather seats or any parts of the interior is either damage, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke, you will be subjected to fee per Turo’s policy.

Josue was an absolutely wonderful host! The car was clean and rode so smoothly. He left sanitizer and even some travel brochures in there for us which came in handy! He was also very communicative and always available! Would definitely recommend!
