  • Toll Responsibility

    - Guests are responsible for any tolls or fees incurred during the trip. - Toll invoices are typically received within 90 days after the trip ends, usually around mid-month. Once we receive the invoice, we will send it to you. - Once you receive the invoice, you’ll have 48 hours to pay or dispute it. 1. Check the link in the email or notification, or go to Trips > History > Trip Details to view the invoice. 2. Tap “Accept and Pay” or “Dispute” to respond.

Pick up and Drop off was at SNA airport, which made getting my family to & from the rental car very easily. We also rented a car seat from Sean and it was in great condition.     - To extend your trip, go to Trip Details and click Extend Trip. - If the car is available, We’ll approve the request. - Be sure to submit your request before the current trip ends.

  • Toll Responsibility

    - Guests are responsible for any tolls or fees incurred during the trip. - Toll invoices are typically received within 90 days after the trip ends, usually around mid-month. Once we receive the invoice, we will send it to you. - Once you receive the invoice, you’ll have 48 hours to pay or dispute it. 1. Check the link in the email or notification, or go to Trips > History > Trip Details to view the invoice. 2. Tap “Accept and Pay” or “Dispute” to respond.

  • Improper Return Policy

    Return Time: ✔️ Please return the car on time—not earlier or later than your scheduled time. ✔️ If you need to adjust your return time, let us know at least 24 hours in advance for approval. ❌ Early return without notice – $50 improper return fee. Parking & Key Drop-Off: ✔️ Take a photo of the parked car. ✔️ Send us a photo of the key and parking ticket before leaving. ❌ If these steps aren’t followed, a $50 improper return fee may apply, plus any extra costs. ❌ Late return without notice – $50 improper return fee (plus any Turo late fees).

Sean was great at communicating prior to our trip and during our trip. This was my first time using Turo, and Sean made this experience seamless. Pick up and Drop off was at SNA airport, which made getting my family to & from the rental car very easily. We also rented a car seat from Sean and it was in great condition. Much easier than trying to haul a car seat down with us. Recommend Sean to anyone who needs a great family vehicle and ease of pickup & drop off.
