Good if you want to get from A to B. You just have to be ok with no heater, windshield wipers need replaced, and by day 4 you don’t freak out when a roach is chilling on your hand.

First time using Turo and had a bad experience. Miscommunication when getting picked up from the airport and was asked what baggage claim number I was at and I told him 6 then told me to go 9 because he couldn’t find 6 but his son was doing all the communicating but still John didn’t welcome us when we finally met and had an attitude. There were roaches in the car. Then when it was time to return the car, I texted them 2-3 hours ahead of time on when I will return the car and I kindly asked him if he can drop us off at the airport and agreed to, but as soon as I arrived at his drop off place, John was nowhere to be found and his son was communicating with me telling me that John had gone somewhere, which I find unprofessional. His son then apologized for the inconvenience and was told to just drive to the airport and just park in the airport parking and to leave the car there and they’ll just pick it up from there. It was a hassle because we could’ve been late for our flight back and it took an hour to find a parking spot because it was packed. I am really disappointed and I would not recommend.

We were met promptly and the van worked out perfectly for our needs. When we returned the van we were promptly met by the owner and were dropped off at the airport . We’d definitely do this again!
