Aloha, Scroll down and click on the Guidelines section below and read it carefully. Write "You Agree" in your message to me when booking. My cars are ALWAYS washed, vacuumed, and filled up before each rental. I request that my cars are also returned washed, vacuumed, SAND-FREE, and filled up when returned (unless you add the post trip cleaning extra). If you on vacation and don't want the hassle of taking the car to car wash, just add in the post trip cleaning. Please don't bring the car back to me and said is not dirty. I always ensure the next renter have a clean car. Return the car hassle free, without worrying about cleaning up after your trip. Does NOT cover SAND, upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair (NO pets allowed), or smoke / ash removal (NO smoking allowed). Sand in the car will cost $140 MORE for retailing. thank you for looking at my Honda odyssey minivan., you will love this car with 8 seats and leather comfortable seat. equipped with all the lastest technology, sunroof and a confort ride. this is my everyday car and i would like to share it with you, please take good care of it. For your convenience, I suggest paying for the Airport Delivery as currently the taxi wait time is 30-45 mins and Uber is 30 mins with 3x price. If you choose the Airport Delivery, you will just be able to cross the street from Baggage Claim to pick up the car.

LEASE READ CAREFULLY. MOST first time Turo renters do not read Turo's fine print so here are the major points. Turo's Fees and fines page: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines Cancellation Policy Page: https://turo.com/policies/cancellation?locale=en_US Cleaning Fees Policy Page: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000808347 Please respect my car. Please do not track sand or mud back into it. My BIGGEST peeve is sand. Many renters ask what the big deal is with sand and believe it is 5 to 10 minutes of vacuuming. If you can SEE the sand, that is just the TOP layer. The best way to avoid getting sand in the car is not to hop in with wet / sandy swimsuits, towels, shoes, and hair. Do not eat or drink in the car. Spills and crumbs WILL attract ants and roaches as well as cause permanent stains. Turo's cleaning fees will apply accordingly (up to $250). Ultimately it will be their call based on the pictures you and I take and upload at the beginning and end of each trip. I take pride in my cars and ALL are filled to the MAX, washed, and vacuumed (sand-free) before you get into it, unless a bad previous renter prevents this from happening. Some may have permanent stains that do not come out with shampooing. These will NOT stain your clothes. My car must be returned with a MAX tank of gas (as I will give it to you max) as well as vacuumed and washed unless you prepay for cleaning or gas fillup in the Extras section BEFORE the trip starts. Turo fines for returning a car dirty or sandy up to $250. For missing gas they charge a $10 convenience fee plus the cost of the missing gas (I will upload photo of receipt). Again many renters question why this is necessary since normal rental car companies don't require this. My cars tend to be the cheapest for their class on Turo and are booked back to back. Very often, the car you return will go right back out to another renter. I've had cases where the returning renter, myself, and the next renter would get into 3 way arguments because of how the car was returned dirty or late or not filled up. Please CHECK IN AND OUT on the Turo phone app so Turo knows what time you picked up the vehicle and what time you returned it. The WEB SITE does NOT have the ability for you to check in or out so you MUST download the PHONE APP to do so. Please upload photos of the interior and exterior of your own or Turo may not insure your end in case of any cleaning or damage claims. They may also charge you a late fee if both our checkout times are late. Do NOT checkout before the car is returned otherwise Turo will not cover you in case of an accident. NO SMOKING weed, cigarettes, or vaping. NO PETS PERIOD ! You will be fined by TURO $50 to $250 ! There are many car washes in Honolulu but the CHEAPEST one that you can go to WITHOUT an appointment that also vacuums (BUT NOT SAND) and cleans the interior is McKinley Car Wash at 1139 Kapiolani Boulevard, Honolulu, HI 96814. $17.50 for cars and $21 for suv's and van's. Please check on the Internet or call them regarding hours and holiday schedules. When it's slow, you'll be in and out in 20 minutes. When busy, it will take 1 hour 30 minutes so budget your time accordingly. They do NOT vacuum sand out well since it is very time consuming so please NO SAND. For fine sand stuck in floor carpeting, you'll have to make an appointment and go to a more expensive detail shop. Typically detail shops (Premiere Island Auto Detailing is awesome) will charge $80 to $120 for sand removal and will take over 2 hours to do so. ONLY the person on the Turo account can pick up and DROP OFF the car. This is a TURO policy. You MUST bring a VALID NON-EXPIRED driver's license with your picture when you pick up the vehicle. If you are doing contactless pick up, please upload a picture of your DRIVER LICENSE to the trip photo before the trip start.I WILL NOT release the vehicle if you do not have a valid driver's license. Passports, green cards, ID cards, temporary papers, and pictures of your driver's license will NOT be accepted. If I do not upload the driver's license on my end, Turo will deny my coverage. I have had a scammer steal my car before and Turo denied coverage for it because they had a "temporary driver's license document." This is ALL in Turo's Policy. -> https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/204727440-Do-I-need-to-check-my-guest-s-driver-s-license- Turo's number is 1-415-965-4525 for free roadside assistance for towing, key lock outs, jump starts, and tire changes. For mechanical issues I may offer another car IF AVAILABLE. If not, the trip WILL BE ENDED and you will have to wait for the vehicle to be towed away. You CANNOT leave it unattended. The REST of your trip will be refunded. These are old cars. Even 1 or 2 year old rental cars at the big rental companies break down just the same. I send ALL my cars to Goodyear for oil changes and checkups EVERY 3000 miles so they are all properly maintained. Please make sure you show up at and not before the end of the trip time as we will not be able to check out on the app properly and I will have to call Turo to end the trip manually and they sometimes have a long hold time up to 45 minutes. We will need to wait till the trip ends or for them to get on the phone to end the trip manually for us to check out. Turo charges late return fees so if you are going to be late, extend the trip BEFORE the trip ends so you won't be charged the late fee plus additional usage fee. You CANNOT extend the trip once the time of return has passed or if there is another renter next. If you are going to return earlier than the scheduled time you must check if I am available first. No off-roading (gravel roads, sand, mud, red dirt areas, etc) PERIOD. Be careful where you park or you may be ticketed and towed. We have A LOT of metermaids and tow trucks here in Honolulu, especially in Waikiki. If you do not take care of the ticket, there will be Turo fees, late fees, court fees, and collection fees on top of the ticket cost and will be charged to your card automatically by Turo. My renters get towed and ticketed on average 3 times a month. If you get towed, some tow yards require me to physically be there to retrieve the vehicle. I will NOT be able to get the car out of the tow yard right away. If this causes a problem of returning the vehicle back on time, Improper and late return fees will be assessed by Turo. 1 star because I booked this van because it was under $300 for almost a week! The host on the other hand was very unprofessional. First, I land from over a 5 hour flight with my family (8 people) and received a text letting me know where to pick up the vehicle. Family and I walk to spot where told and there is no car. We called and texted and messaged him on Turo for over a hour telling him we can’t find the car. He finally texted back stating his phone died. Mind you we can see that he “read” our messages on the Turo app. I ended up walking my family back to the airport because we was hot and exhausted from lugging all of our luggage around the hot parking lot. I went back to the parking garage and ended up finding the vehicle on a whole different floor. Finally got on the phone with Quoc and asked him if he could at least waive the $60 delivery fee since we walked around for over an hour looking for a car that basically wasn’t delivered to me properly. First he said yes. And that was that. Then I get call back and he has a attitude telling me I don’t need to rent the car to leave it there. WHOA! Where did that come from? You’re not one sweating with your wife and kids whining at you about a mistake Quoc clearly made. Van drove cool. Day I was leaving I vacuumed the car right before returning it and filled up the tank. Received so many text about when was I going to drop off the car, don’t be late, where will I park. He basically harassed me 2 hours before the drop off time. Like annoyed the F out of me. (I have proof of text massages. Lol) Now I just received a invoice for a $40 cleaning fee. LMAO… I guess that was a way of getting that delivery fee. Definitely wouldn’t rent from him again. I’ll pay a couple more dollars to dodge a headache on a vacation. Good Luck.
