This minivan is 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE, features 8 seats in 3 rows, in flawless condition, inside and out. The middle seat may be removed for extra space. Third row is easily foldable for access for more space in the trunk. The tires are newly changed. The 8-inch touch screen media system features backup camera, parking sensors, and blind spot warning. The media system is also available for entertainment such as bluetooth connection. Remember don’t leave any remainder substance that may be hard to clean.(ex:sand from the beach) 🔸Please return with a full tank of gas.(unless you made prepaid refuel) 🔸If any toll-road fees and others needed the car owner to pay,please let us know when returning. I wanted to share my recent experience with Ben regarding a car rental. Overall, the exchange at the airport went smoothly, and Ben was friendly. However, there was a major issue with the car's brakes that significantly impacted my experience.
During the initial inspection, Ben mentioned that the brakes would be replaced the following week.
However, he failed to mention that the brakes were actually in very poor condition, with a soft pedal and significantly reduced braking power and the brakes were metal on metal..
This was particularly concerning as I had six people in the vehicle, and braking performance is crucial, especially in a city like Los Angeles.
When I addressed this issue with Ben, he claimed that the problem occurred suddenly on the way to the airport, which seemed unlikely given the severity of the issue. It was clear that the brakes had been in poor condition for some time, and Ben had chosen to ignore it.
To document the problem, I took a video with sound, which I plan to submit to Turo. I gave Ben multiple opportunities to rectify the situation, but he simply apologized and stuck to his story that the issue was sudden.
Despite this issue, everything else with the vehicle was satisfactory. However, due to the critical nature of the brake problem, I have left a 1-star review. If my schedule had allowed it, I would have abandoned the car and rented another. Brakes are an essential safety feature, and their condition significantly impacted my experience.

On the last day of his 6-day trip, this guest said I should pay money back to him as compensation because of the brakes. Otherwise he would give me a bad review! In my opinion, guests should immediately contact hosts or cancel their trips if any safety issues occur, not give them money! If he reported the brakes issue to me during the trip, I prefer to cancellation of his booking. Safety is the first concern and most important thing. I have replaced all brakes after his trip. The van runs good.

Ben was great. Made it very convenient by dropping the vehicle at the curbside and picked it up as we arrived back at the airport. The vehicle was clean, ran great and handled 6 people comfortably. Good gas mileage. Would use Ben again.
