The car will be delivered to you clean and full of gasoline. Please fill the gasoline when you return unless you've purchased the Add-On Pre-Paid gas. We have a monthly membership for car washes so there's no need to wash the vehicle prior to return. We know how filthy cars can get in the snow/mountains, no worries! Smoking of any kind is not allowed in this vehicle. If any kind of smoke is detected in the vehicle, we will charge $250 for a cleaning fee. Also, while we love them, this is not an animal friendly vehicle. Thank you for helping us keep this vehicle clean.

• Are we allowed take the car through a car wash with the roof rack on top?

  If you have the ski/snowboard/bike rack on top OR on the hitch, please do not take it through a carwash. We will wash it after it's returned. Thanks!

• How do I use the "stow & go" seating?

  There is a special way to use it. If you would like to use it at the beginning or during your trip, please msg us and we will either show you how in person, or send you video instructions. There is a particular way you have to use it so you do not damage the seats. Thank you!
