Everything about this rental was great easy process

Not a fancy car by any means, but will get you where you're going which is all we needed. This was a straight forward transaction, no issues.

I would say you’re getting what you pay for with this car but… I’ve driven much cheaper that we’re much better quality on this app. The car drove fine, so that was good, and William seemed to have a good system with car check in so that all went smooth enough. My main complaint is that inside the car was quit dirty when we picked it up, there were even some maybe-used glue on fingernails in the door side. I didn’t try to communicate any with William but he seems quite strict about communication and even refuses to communicate with you until the day your trip starts. Anyway, it all went smoothly but it just wasn’t my best turo experience, I’ll probably try a different car next time we’re in Chicago.
