2008 Toyota Sienna, 8 seater Mini Van, great family car! Well Maintained, reliable and runs like a champ! I am a power host with 5000+ trips on Turo, all my cars are well maintained , you can rent with ease and confidence. For SFO delivery, please note , SFO doesn’t allow Turo curbside delivery or else we will be fined so this is NOT curbside delivery. I will be dropping off the vehicle at 826 Burlway Road, Burlingame, for you self pick up and drop off. It is only about 3 mins drive from SFO. Or you can take FREE shuttle to Hyatt Regency @ Burlingame ( SFO Shuttle Kiosk 17. More Details https://www.flysfo.com/to-from/hotel-shuttles). Then walk 3 mins to the street of 826 Burlway Road, Burlingame for self pick up and drop off. Please confirm if this works for you. This car is NOT equipped with Fastrak, please avoid toll violation. To avoid paying twice for tolls, DO NOT prepay online when passing through a toll plaza with electronically tolled lanes, instead, I will request for toll reimbursement when I received the toll statement. I clean up and sanitize every car for every trip. They're expected to be returned after cleaning. If the car is significantly more dirty than it was on check out, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Smoking and Pets are strictly prohibited in all vehicles and you will be fined through Turo if the policies are violated. PARKING DETAILS I have assigned parking spaces in Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Burlingame locations. Please return the car to the same area as you picked up. My hours are open 24/7 as long as I am given 12 hours advance notice. All my trips are set for self pick-up and drop-off, Please upload yourself with driver license to pre trip photos under "DETAILS" section. I will remotely unlock the car for you when you arrive. Uploading Pre and post trip photos of the car's exterior, fuel level, and odometer are required for check in and check out. *** Cleanness *** Cars get dirty, I understand, but per TURO policy, renters are obliged to return car in as-good or better tidiness than given. So before you leave the car please: take out trashes, Shake the mats, clear foot prints if any. NO Smoking, NO pets in the car please. Violators will be subject to fine up to $250 based on turo fees&fines policy. ***Fuel*** Gas will always be the same or more with when you picked up the car. Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, no problem. The standard charge is $10 inconvenient fee + the cost of gas. *** Late Return *** If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard. Or message me on Turo to see whether the car is OK for a slightly late return. (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods) Any late return without mutual consent would lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations. ***Accident and Unexpected Issue*** --For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. To solve any issue about the car, call 24/7 roadside support 866-735-2901 immediately. Or text "Hi" to (415) 801-0897. *** Long Term Rental *** Long-term rental request is very welcome.     The answer would be different based on your situation: 1. Turo insurance: if you selected turo insurance, you'll be able to see the policy card in your trip details. That's a PDF document with valid policy number. 2. Your own rental insurance: contact them for claiming. 3. Didn't buy or don't know: call 24/7 roadside assistance: 866-735-2901. They will find out your coverage and help you with the resolution. Even if you sure didn't have any coverage, this number should be the one to file a claim and resolve it.

Having a van for our trip was great! We drive to Napa from SF, and then from Napa to Healdsburg and back to SF. It drove fine, had plenty of room for 4 adults and our luggage, and everything worked. The owner responded to messages and questions in a timely manner and was very helpful. We would use one of his cars again! The Turo app was easy to use too.

I had a flat tire while driving this vehicle. When I tried to change the flat I found the vehicle had no tire jack or tire lug nut wrench to enable me to do so. I found my way to a tire store, they couldn’t plug the tire so I wound up having to buy a brand new tire for $150. This host refused to reimburse me for a brand new tire. I’m really disappointed about this.

Used this vehicle for the weekend gateway. Even though it’s a 2008 mode, it was very well in shape and we didn’t face any issue during the trip. Best value for money.
