To document the condition of the car, both parties will take pictures prior to the trip, capturing details such as mileage, gas gauge, and any existing exterior imperfections like scuffs. These pre-trip photos serve to protect both you and us in case of mileage overages, returning the car with an empty tank, or any exterior damage. It was and bad experience to rent a van from this place they were nick picking on a tiny scath and charging 300 to put a little pain to the van and it a 4 year old van our fault we overlooked when we picked up the van. We will never rent a van from them again

Always have the best experience with this location and they will always make sure that the customers are very satisfied. Car condition was like new, drives like new with awesome MPG for a van. Located in a very clean and safe neighborhood and the host gets you in and out fast.

Turo with Kenny’s Sienna had been stress-free. All rules are stated before renting and they are pretty reasonable. Great car for hauling people with great gas mileage. Check in and check out are easy. I will definitely rent with Kenny again in the future.
