Thank you for choosing us, please read the following guidelines carefully to understand the car rental process. ✅IMPORTANT INFO✅ 📌Face to face pick up and return the car： When we meet at the location, both of us need to take pictures on the APP to record the car condition (such as some small scratches that have already existed), and we have to upload these for recording. Per TURO's requirements you'll need to take and upload 2 pictures to "Trip Photos" within 24 hours of the start of your trip to warrant your insurance coverage on the vehicle. 1) A close-up of your driver's license. 2) A photo with both your face and the driver's license (in the same picture, like a selfie Instructions of upload photos on App: Click "trip details" and there is a "Get Started" below, and click to take a photo. ✈️Toronto Pearson International Airport✈️ We will meet outside the terminal, text me which terminal you will arrive in advance and tell me gate/column number when you come out, we will meet there. ✈️ Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport✈️ 3 Eireann Quay, Toronto, ON M5V 0A3 This is the address where we will meet and there is a small parking lot a very short distance outside (you can see it as soon as you come out) where our car will be parked. 📌Gas: Please return the car with the same level of fuel as when you get the car. Any missing fuel will be charged through reimbursements at the end of your trip. ***There still have $10 inconvenience fee included. 📌Cleaning: When you rent from us, you will always receive a fully cleaned and sanitized vehicle. 📌Early return: If you want to return the car early, please send me a message in time and change the trip time on the app. And note that returning the car early will not change the price. 📌Late return: Please note that there will be a late return fee if you return the car late without notifying me or if you do not return the car at the specified time. If you want to extend the use time, please change the return time on the app in advance. 📌407 ETR: Any toll routes will be billed 3-4 weeks after your rental is complete. ‼️Smoking Fee🚭 $250.00 Cleaning fee.
