First time using Turo. Super easy. Great car for my wife and I, an amazing car would most defiantly rent from Brandon again. The car was in pristine condition and Brandon was accommodating. Great ride, extremely convenient, and such a great experience to rent. It was a no-nonsense transition from pick-up to drop-off. We rented the car for a road trip from Santa Barbara to Vancouver Canada. It worked out perfectly for us, we were able to stretch, use facilities and eat whenever we had to recharge at the superchargers. All of the superchargers were located near shopping and restaurants. And all the hotels we stayed at had free charging, so we would top it off at night while staying at hotels. Brandon always responded immediately, no longer than an hour.

The vehicle was in great shape when I picked it up and ready to go! This is a reliable car to drive around. Kevin was really incredibly helpful when I messed up and thought the car was going to be in Santa Barbara. He made accommodations and got the car to me- so nice! He was also available when I had questions and messaged him.

This was such an awesome experience! The jeep was brand new (smells new!!) perfect condition, so fun, and Jesika was so easy to communicate with and I even had to change / extend my trip a few times and she was so flexible, sweet and understanding. Thank you Jes!!!
