Very easy process to use the App. Vusal was extremely prompt & responsive, made it very easy to pickup the car on time, and the car was very clean, w a full tank of gas. Would do this again if I need a car!
Cyril was a great host. He was there to meet me at pickup and dropoff. He provides a detailed guide to the car's quirks and features (e.g. how to turn the adaptive cruise control). I enjoyed the car a lot. Around town and on the highway, it's quiet, comfortable, and (gasp) not hugely exciting. But, on a twisty back road, it comes alive and is engaging to drive. One other note: I don't recommend renting this car if you're planning a heist. First of all, it's bright green and everyone notices it. Second, the host attached an Apple AirTag to the key fob, so you'll be very easy to find.

Awesome car to fit our entire family and friends family to Lake Tahoe trip very comfortably the 3rd two gives us for our kids to comfortably fit. This Hybrid car gives good Miles per Gallon really recommend. And the host communities well responding my request promptly and very helpful to checking out and in. Also the app was great not buggy.
