Having Ali respond almost imediately to any requests or questions I had was most impressive to me. He met me at the cars location on time, was very friendly, and if I had been alone (my family of 6 was with me at the time), I would have felt very safe exchanging information and doing business with him. The car was clean. He explained the electic component of the car since I had never used a hybrid before. The car was perfect for our family vacation. The car ran great, we felt safe in it, and the return was easy. My recommendation to any renters is to give yourself about 10 minutes to do the TURO checkout process on your phone because it involves taking pictures of the car and filling in information.

Man, Mohamed was GREAT, The vehicle was more than what I expected, I need to leave early and he met me at 7 o’clock in the morning he really made me feel like we were friends , I had a few things I couldn’t figure out and when I emailed him he emailed me right back, even had Sirius XM, I would recommend this vehicle to anyone he also says he has another and I’m sure it’s just as good as in when I used plus who wouldn’t want to pull up an affair in a brand-new Wrangler😄
