Nicole was fabulous to work with. It couldn't be any smoother. The X7 was HEAVEN! We took a long family trip with "elderly" parents, and they were very comfortable, and we could easily have a conversation because of the quietness of the ride. It's VERY roomy...even with my manual wheelchair with wheels on (me being disabled), along with 4 "carry-on" suitcases in the back. ZERO complaints from my parents and endless positive compliments... I'd say my wife and I scored many brownie points! We highly recommend renting through Nicole and the BMW X7 for a luxurious and comfortable ride.

Kevin and Nicole were very easy to work with. The pick up and drop off of the car was very simple. Their communication was excellent. The trip details from pick up instructions to dropping it off post trip were easy to understand. The Sequoia was outstanding too. It was perfect for a party of 5 with luggage and snowboards. We went up to Steamboat and hit weather several times on our trip including driving back on some very gnarly roads with very limited visibility. The Sequoia was very capable in the snow. Putting it in and out of 4 wheel drive was very easy from the dash. There was one minor issue with some build up of ice on one of those pesky sensors in the bumper. Usually those errors are recurring, they are in my personal car for sure. I cleaned the sensors off and never had another issue, despite driving in blizzard like conditions on the way home. We will definitely look to Kevin and Nicole again for future needs. Don’t hesitate to rent from them, they are very professional and easy to deal with!

This car is fantastic. LeGrand is super responsive. The car isn’t just fast; the heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and great speakers all added to the trip. I’d love to borrow this car again some day.
