This was my first time using Turo, and I was very pleased with the whole process. Our travel happened during the great snow and ice storm of February 2021, so we went through a few flight reschedules and Andres was very flexible with our changes. Pickup from the airport was perfect, and dropoff at their headquarters after (where a driver took over & dropped us right back at our departing terminal) was smooth and easy. The Dodge Journey was clean and exactly what we needed for a four-day stay in the Dallas area. It’s a big plus that he offers free pickup at DFW and is very generous with the mileage limits. Andres and company were quick to reply to any questions I had, I highly recommend renting from Andres.

Very easy rental. I was met at airport and Andres went over the car and the expectations with me. Explained return scenarios and off I went. Car was very clean and worked perfectly. Would rent from again.
