And best of all it's contact free and away from the chaotic airport, for uploading photos to turo and loading up your gear! Please vacuum and wash it on your return or we can send somebody to clean it for $50. AND PLEASE AVOID THE TOLL ROADS. The communication and instructions were good and considering the price, I didn’t expect a luxury vehicle but this van was filthy upon arrival, it had no antenna therefore bad radio reception, no washer fluid and very old wipers, which put me and my passengers in a very dangerous situation on the highway in muddy slushy conditions. When i pulled off to fill the reservoir with wiper fluid, i could not get the hood to pop bc the interior hood release seemed to malfunction, even though, i found out on return that you ‘just got to force it’. The steering wheel locks and is difficult to crank the van every time you need to leave. The “service traction control’ was on the entire time and the check engine light cycled on and off. The weather stripping on the driver door is corroded and wind whistles in the cab the entire time your driving at higher speeds. When washing the van in the auto wash, before returning to lot, the rear door leaked water and got several of our bags wet I could have dealt with a few of these flaws but there were just too many to leave a solid review. Renter beware. This van was in no condition to be rented, especially in winter Colorado climate. .

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The van had just been in to the Chevy dealer for an inspection and everything checked out fine but will have the dealer take a second look. My retired drivers popped the hood and worked the washers fine so I am not sure what happened while you trying to use the washers. The rear door must not have been closed all the way because we have had no issues with water leaks. But will take a close look at all the issues you presented. Thanks, Keith

Overall the van served our purpose and was reasonably priced. As other reviews had stated it’s a no frills van—manual locks, manual windows, etc., etc. But it seated all 8 of us (4 adults, 4 children) and had plenty of space for luggage (10 suitcases and 6 backpacks). Despite some initial confusion over van location, the team was responsive and helpful in locating quickly. Overall, a good experience with pleasant customer service!
