Do not rent! Scam artist! I returned the car just how I picked it up and the next day I had a fee for $150. The host claimed the car smelled like smoke. Which is impossible since I am a non smoker. Overall I have had good experiences with turo. This is the first time I got burnt. Rent from this house at your own risk

This person has made a damage and smoked during the trip. This person will treat your vehicle as a disposable car. Right now my vehicle is sitting and can not be used by other Turo members.

Ayan's car was ready for his reservation when shortly before the start of his trip he messaged us asking for a "mutual cancellation" so he could book one of our other cars. We replied, confused, that all of our other cars were booked for the weekend, so Ayan admitted that he just wanted a "mutual cancellation," meaning he didn't want to pay the cancellation fee according to Turo policy. He became upset when we didn't agree to waive the last-minute cancellation fee and never picked up the car.
