This was our first experience with Turo, and let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised of the service and how smooth this whole process is. Klarence was very professional and courteous and help me through the whole process step by step. He has great communication as well as unbelievable service. I will definitely continue to use his services.

everything works perfectly with Klarence. He is a great nice guy! 1.he picked me up and dropped me off at SFO, it was very convenient. 2. Good communication. He is also a nice guide. He showed me along the way places of interest and IT companies. he also toured me around his neighbourhood after he know it was first time for me to visit silicon valley. 3. Clean nice car. The car is in good condition and the operation is smooth. He cleaned the car carefully interiorly and exteriorly. 4. my gf lost her iphone7 on his car when return. he immediately help me ship the phone from CA to MD ASAP once he knew that. I'm so grateful for that. 5. knowledgable engineer. This is a plus for me. you can find good IT topic with he if you are in same area:) Overall, it was a pleasant transaction with him!
