Overall the cost was so much lower than renting from a conventional car rental that i would definitely rent from auto integrity again. Car ran like a champ and communication was good. There were three issues: 1) The first line of the description says you will be met and dropped off at curbside. We were dropped off but getting the car when we arrived was confusing and there was an extra fee to pay for who ever parked the car before. 2) the car had food and trash in it. A drink had been spilled in the cup holders and they were sticky 3) the volume on the radio had been limited using Ford's Mykey function, rendering it useless when the top was down and you were going over 35 mph.

Perfect.. Van was exactly as advertised. Keith was flexible and accommodating. His driver Mike who picked up the car was great and friendly.. highly recommended..
