Our car was perfectly fine for our trip, but I can’t say Jon Olli’s support was bad because it was actually nonexistent. When we landed over the course of an hour I tried calling Jon 4 times and left 4 or 5 messages through the app, but he never responded to any of them. I got a hold of Turo customer service and they couldn’t get a hold of him either. Luckily our pickup eventually showed up late, but there was no apology from whoever it was that actually picked us up and he had no idea who Jon Olli was. 7 days later and I just dropped off the vehicle and I still haven’t heard one response from Jon. This was the most expensive car I’ve ever rented combined with the worst customer service. This was my first time to use Turo and will most likely be my last.
