Overall great experience. Car was clean and returned on time. Kelly is a friendly individual. Some of the changes were a bit last minute but not devastating.

I’m disappointed by this guest. She’s supposed to get the car from my place. But, she told me that she couldn’t got a ride so I dropped the car to her place agreeing that she’ll deliver the car to my place but unfortunately she didn’t keep her promise rather she just dropped me one text saying “Your car is ready and you can come and pick it up” when I follow up with her asking about our arrangement she denied that. So, basically she’s playing the smart card saying I know how Turo works and try to take advantage by all means. Just don’t do anything off the record with this host.
