I gave it 4 Stars only because of the almost two hour wait at the vehicle pickup location at the airport. The vehicle was supposed to be ready for a 3:00pm pickup and i didnt actually leave until almost 5pm. What they failed to mention is that there is a 5 step process in order to pick up vehicle. 😓 Step 1: Select car, time and dates and make payment Step 2: Take pictures of your Drivers license and upload photos to Turo App Step 3: Select MANDATORY Insurance of either - $15 per day w/$1500 Deductible or - $25 per day w/$500 Deductible Step 4: You have to wait for a release waiver that requires an e-signature so that you can sign it and wait for vehicle manager or owner to receive it before they release the vehicle to you. ** CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER ** for the waiver otherwise you may be waiting a while. Step 5: If pickup location is at an airport parking garage be prepared to pay for the parking ticket, it wont be much about ($2 - 3 usd) depending on how long vehicle was sitting in lot. * Pro's: No Security Deposit or Credit Check Required 😊👍 Total for 3 days = $197 (Turo Rental Charge) Total for 3 days = $80 (Mandatory Insurance) tax included and selected Premium Insurance. ** My advice to Turo is to PLEASE create a system on Turo App so that ALL required forms and waivers, insurance EVERYTHING is completed through App so that customer ONLY has to pickup keys and drive away.

Great reliable car! Took a trip to Pompano Beach and I had no problems. Washington was nice enough to check in during my trip. Will definitely rent again!
