This was the first time we have used this service with Turo, as we just recently heard about the company. Always booking with major car rental companies, I was skeptical about how things worked with individual owners. I can only say that if this experience is typical of the vehicle condition and service of the owners, I will never rent from a car rental company again! Our rental was immaculate, the owners were prompt in the delivery and pick up, and could not have been any nicer. I had already planned to rent this same vehicle again in March, but unfortunately the owners will be out of the county during this period. I should also mention that because it was Christmas week, there were very few rental cars even available, and those that were had increased their rental prices by almost 300%. If you want a great experience at a really fair price, you must try this company!
