The car was great, perfect for what I needed. Very clean and I felt safe. The passenger side window didn’t work (which was explained when I picked up the car), and the car was missing a hub cap. Eric is super nice and pleasant to work with, but when I dropped the car off, he was almost thirty minutes late to meet me for the check out. I was early, didn’t panic until 3:50... he came out about 3:55. I let him know if need to take a Lyft home and proceeded to book it. Two minutes later, he offered to have his daughter drive me home. Was too late for me to cancel the Lyft. Essentially, I had to pay an extra $20, because my ride home couldn’t wait for Eric. Just a bad ending to an otherwise great trip.
