Very quick to respond, friendly, and professional! Sarah answered every question I had and showed me all of the features on the car. I accidently left something behind in the car and she was quick to return my items to me. Would definitely rent from again in the future.

Sarah and her husband(?) were fantastic hosts! This was the first time I’ve used this platform and certainly not going to be the last. The night I was to pick up the car, I was going to have to get a Lyft to the location, but Sarah had generously offered to drop it off to me even though the pickup time I had set was odd and inconvenient for most. During my reservation I needed to extend my trip another day, and although it was Christmas, she was very quick to respond and approved the request. And for the end of my trip, I had encountered a sudden medical emergency and they, again, graciously came to pick it up and were very understanding of my current situation. And then there was an additional charge after the trip was fully completed and closed through the app, which I was expecting to be more than it was. Thank you SO much for being on this platform and for the opportunity. Being able to use this car for just the few days that I did helped me and my family in so many different ways.
