Car was clean, well maintained, easy to drive. Shawn was a great communicator and very easy to work with. A very good trip!

Steering wheel shakes under braking. Felt super unsafe to drive and the shocks/struts are completely out. Every speed bump felt like the wheel was bottoming out. Only reason not giving one star is because it was very clean and Shawn is a super nice guy.
