Do not RENT THIS RENTAL, process went fine till I returned the car. Car was left same way I got it, owner is trying to charge me an extra $25 cleaning fee for a few French fries left on floor <<< REALLY anything to make extra $$$ I understand if there was mud n sand yes. But a few French fries your out of your mind. DO NOT RENT THIS CAR

Firstly, I will just say that a $25.00 request is fair. The car was filthy. It had rained but not for days before returning it. It’s my understanding that your to return the car in similar condition to which was provided. I didn’t rent it with French fries, sand, and dirt , and sticky candy stuck to the Mats. Not to mention the outside. I’m sorry your so mad, however your reaction has been way over-reactionary to say the least. This customers unhappiness is his own doing. NO RESPECT!

Car was great, easy driving and no issues. Don’t close doors with the key fob inside, even if it’s unlocked. The host met us at our resort to take the car back which was a big help. Thanks Laura!

I accidentally left the other fob in the charging port. That’s why it was locking. Sorry about that. Turns out I didn’t have the spare, you did..🤣☺️
