The car is a little bit confusing… I am not used to hybrids so that was my fault but if I was used to hybrids I’m pretty sure this would be a pretty cool car to rent… The only thing that I have to say that was extremely negative was I paid extra for the pick up drop off location to be at the perfect airport because that’s where my flight was coming in and taking off… The car was not left at the airport but 10 minutes away from the airport… As I mentioned I paid extra for it to be dropped off at the airport… I can’t even express how inconvenient and annoying it was to have to have me and my children and my husband all carry our things to go and search for the car that was so far from the airport in a new area for us I would never recommend this host for that reason.

Thank you for your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience. However, I did send you where approximately the car was going to be park and you seemed to have no issue with that. 10 minutes walk from the terminal is hardly 10 min away from the airport and technically it is still within Burbank airport. Any parking at Burbank Airport would take more or less 10 minutes to get to the car and you would have to pay for parking and/or take a shuttle.
