Terrible, both front tires where shot, i had to drive 40 mph for 4 hours on a donut and the other tire was bald on the inside so i just had a bad experience with this host

The condition in which he returned my vehicle was deplorable! He didn't refuel or clean the car as agreed per the contract, also he stated the tires were bald, not true and I have photos to verify that. He extended the renewal contract 3 times to be exact, so help me understand, if it was in such bad condition, why continue and not cancel after the first renewal. Please allow my previous reviews to speak for themselves! Thanks!!

I enjoyed this vehicle, very smooth ride. Carlos was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely rent from him again. Easy pick-up & drop off location.
