Jennifer was an exceptional host, she took the time to show how to operate the Telsa and how to locate charging stations as well as all the fun features Tesla has to offer. Jennifer and her husband were super easy to work with and very friendly! Their Tesla drove like a dream and was a blast to drive around in. Please consider them first when looking to rent a Tesla in the SLC area.

Great car remember to not let the battery get below 30 miles before it’s ready to plug in that’s it. Very clean and respectful owners.

Great customer service! Vehicle only had one issue, the 12v battery needed to be serviced or replaced so we weren’t able to optimize the experience. Also Tesla has a feature with San Disk (not quite sure on the feature name) but it records and is saved to the system. She did clarify that it was set up by accident before dropping it off to me. But this feature was new to my knowledge and didn’t make me feel as if my privacy was important. She told me how to turn it off and I did so early on. Overall, a beautiful and fun car, great people and service. I was new to the technology, and she was new to Turo. Both had to learn as we worked with each other!

Thank you for your comments! I really appreciate you saying we had a learning curve with this experience. The Tesla alerts/event logs during the rental showed the battery charge was ran down to 0% which kicked in the 12v battery, then was accessed to jump the car. Tesla mobile came to replace the 12v battery and fixed the connections. Sentry mode records events outside the car. It is an optional safety feature in the rental and can be disabled. Doesn't invade privacy. Renter was polite and nice!
