Joel customer service was extraordinary! The slingshot was so much fun, easy location to find! I was scheduled to bring the car back at 10pm but since it was an holiday weekend I was stuck in traffic, he even let me extend it to 11pm which was very kind of him! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you rent from him!!! Thanks Joel! You have an lifeline customer!
