Nancy was a great host and her VW Atlas SUV was perfectly suited to my family’s needs. She was very responsive to our questions and accommodating with the delivery and return of the car. We were a group of six adults and 2 children with 6pieces of cabin sized bags. The SUV accommodated all of us and the bags without a problem. The 4WD capability of the vehicle was a big big plus when driving under snow storm conditions near Flagstaff, AZ. Overall very satisfied with the host and the car.
