I am sorely disappointed with this rental. The car had unforeseen problems on our second day of a six day trip. The car did not start and my partner and I at one point got locked out and we could not access our luggage in the trunk. We immediately called the owner, and she showed concern and made sure to let us know that she would cover all the costs that we incurred for the car trouble. Come time to drop the car off and head to the airport. I am told by Dejanee that we bent a hubcap on the car and she'll charge us the difference. Something of which neither me nor my partner recall having bent. I rate this rental a 3 and not a 1 or 2 simply for the fact that Dejanee showed concern. First and last time I rent with Turo.

The car was very clean and runs great. Dejanee was courteous and professional. She made it clear that she would be available if needed. She’s a wonderful host and I’d happily book with her again.

Dejanee was AWESOME. Right on time to pick us up & drop us off, car was super super clean, and she was great to chat with. Would totally book with her again.
