This was a mix-up with the auto confirmation feature. The client tried to book the trip and pick up the vehicle in a very short window. I was unaware of the host auto confirmation feature at the time. I never even knew the vehicle had been rented. I have updated my settings to prevent a mix up like this in the future.

The Van ran perfect and it was a smooth an easy process to pick up vehicle. The only thing we could say is that the vehicle was so dirty in the inside. I had to sanitize the vehicle myself with Clorox wipes and you can tell the van hasn’t been cleaned in months it felt. My 8 year old son didn’t even wanna sit in the 3rd row because of how nasty the car was. Now to be fare if your not traveling long distance and you need a van in and out perfect van. At least put in description that car is not cleaned before people rent.
