Renting this car was so great and easy! Hailey was great at communicating pickup time and location! I rented this car to move a few boxes and Hailey even provided me with a blanket to lay down in the back! Great host, would rent again from her! :)

Hi Roberta! Unfortunately, you returned the vehicle over an hour past the trip end time (at almost 1am) without extending the trip, telling me you were running late, or replacing the gas you used. In that situation, as explained in Turo's policies as well as the guest instructions for the vehicle, a late fee and a refueling fee will be charged. I'm sorry that you disagree with these policies being enforced, and I wish you safe travels in the future, albeit not with my vehicle. Thank you!
