We will put the keys in a lockbox which is attached to the vehicle. Please note that there is a non-refundable airport parking ticket fee of up to $37 upon exit. We will also invoice off-hours drop off parking ticket costs up to a maximum of $37 following your trip. 🚘Rental Center pick-up & drop-off (this is our free default Turo home location): - Our rental center is located in Tukwila near Southcenter mall (3.5 miles away from SeaTac airport) - Pick up / drop off hours are 24/7 - We have free complimentary parking available at our rental center 🚗Delivery Service: - We can deliver and pick-up the vehicle to your preferred location within 20 miles of our rental center - Deliver service is offered from 9am-9pm daily with advanced bookings 🛣️Toll pass Included which allows toll road / bridge usage at a discounted or free rate depending on toll road. Keep the toll pass set to HOV when 2 or more occupants are in the vehicle. Set to Toll if you are driving alone. Toll charges will be invoiced back through Turo once I receive the bill. Do you offer curbside airport drop-off and pick-up?
Yes, I offer VIP curbside airport drop-off and pick-up at Seatac (Seattle airport) FREE with bookings of 5+ days. Please select SEATAC airport and send me your flight numbers after booking. I will meet you at airport arrivals and you take my car directly from there! no shuttle busses, no trains, no waiting in line-ups! Please note that curbside service may not be available for after hour arrivals and departures. We will conveniently locate the vehicle with a lock box in the parking which is right next to arrivals.
Does my existing insurance cover the rental? What Turo protection plan should I choose?
Many insurance and credit card companies provide insurance coverage for rental vehicles when you DECLINE the add on protection plan. Please check with your insurance provider to see if your policy covers rentals and/or vehicles that are booked through Turo. We are a licensed Rental car company in WA State and will work directly with your insurance provider in the unfortunate event that there is any vehicle damage during your trip.
