Description

Explore Arizona is this fully loaded 4WD Ridgeline RTL with Navigation. The Ridgeline has a unique 4WD drive system that continuously monitors traction on all 4 wheels so you're in for a safe and stable ride under a variety of driving conditions. If you get stuck, the rear locking differential can be manually engaged to get going again. The navigation system has a breadcrumb feature that will guide you back to civilization if you decide to leave the mapped road. The truck also sports side steps for easy entry, bed extender for hauling larger loads, a waterproof trunk under the truck bed (lockable), roof rack, powered tinted windows, sunroof, heated leather seats, rear AC and power jack, 6 CD changer, XM radio, Aux input, spacious console with lots of storage, and rubber floormats. Towing capacity is limited to 5,000 lbs. Please note that this is not a fleet vehicle but our private car and we trust you'll take care of it as such. ;) Please refer to "Delivery Details" below for Airport pickup/return procedure. You can pre-purchase a post trip cleaning at reservation to take care of a basic cleaning. If the vehicle needs significant cleaning or detailing due to excessive dirt, carpet stains or odors, cleaning fees may be added after your trip ranging from a standard wash up to $250 for stain/odor/smoke/pet treatment. -You have responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicle accessories. -Please keep an eye on your allotted trip mileage, there's a surcharge for each mile over the limit unless you pre-purchased unlimited miles. For more details, visit Turo's policy page. -You are responsible for all traffic violations during your rental period and will be identified as the driver to the applicable traffic court if we receive a violation recorded during your trip.

  • Do you deliver the car or do we pick it up at your location?

    That's something that you specify when booking the car. Please note that there is a delivery fee for trips less than 5 days and if you don't opt for delivery, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from our location.

  • What do we need to consider when returning the car?

    Just return it to us clean and refueled please, thanks! If you purchased post-trip cleaning you won't have to worry about the regular cleaning, but if you return it with stains or odors, additional cleaning charges can be added after your trip for stain/odor/smoke/pet treatment. Use the condition you receive the vehicle in as a guide for how it should be returned. If you forgot to fuel up, no big deal, we can add a refuel charge to your bill.

  • What if we need more than the included miles?

    It's no problem if you go over, just be aware of the surcharge per mile added to your total trip charge. Alternatively, you can purchase "unlimited miles" when you reserve the car and not worry about going over your trip's limit.

  • What happens if I get a traffic ticket?

    You are responsible for all tolls, parking fines and speeding tickets during the rental period and you will be identified as the driver to the applicable traffic court or police department when we receive a fine.

  • Can someone else pick up the vehicle for me?

    Unfortunately, no. Per Turo policy the person making the reservation has to be present to properly identified as the primary driver using their drivers license.

Everything worked out great with the rental. Tiemen was great to work with. We needed to extend our rental and Tiemen was able to accommodate this request. It was the perfect truck for our needs.
