**Dash Cam:** For your safety and security, a dual-facing dash cam is installed in the vehicle. This advanced dash cam can detect smoke, sense if the camera is blocked, detect tampering, and alert us if the vehicle is broken into. We strictly adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding privacy laws and video recording. The storage of these videos is securely housed in the cloud and is deleted once the trip ends. Please do not tamper with or attempt to reposition the dash cam. Any costs incurred for dash cam replacement or reinstallation will be your responsibility. Reserving the vehicle is considered consent to the above listed and below listed guidelines. **Non-Smoking Vehicle Policy:** This vehicle is designated as strictly non-smoking. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining this policy. If any evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged. **Pet Policy:** Pets are welcome to join your journey, provided the extra add-on pet fee is purchased. This ensures both the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle. **Toll Charges:** Please be aware that toll charges may apply during your trip. At the end of your rental, we will calculate the total toll charges and include them in your final invoice. **Vehicle Return:** Per Turo's policy, ensure the vehicle is washed inside and outside and filled up with fuel before returning it. If these conditions are not met, additional charges will apply. Before returning, we recommend a thorough inspection to ensure no personal items are left behind.

• When do I need to add the 'Unlimited Mileage' extra to my reservation?

  All trips within California receive complimentary unlimited mileage from the host. Trips that leave California will need to add the 'Unlimited Mileage' extra to their reservation. *All vehicles are GPS/Geofencing tracked*

• What happens if I smoke in the car?

  A claim with Turo for smoking violation will be submitted for a $150 charge. Additionally, the host will submit a 1-Star written review on the clients public Turo profile for other hosts to review.

• Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning it?

  Yes. You must return the vehicle in the same condition it was received or better. You may also purchase the 'Pre-paid Carwash' extra with your reservation and the host will have the vehicle cleaned for you. Vehicle has prepaid carwash at Premier Carwash off Calvine Rd and HWY 99. They will check-in the vehicle and clean the exterior and interior at no-charge to you. Vehicles returned from Premier Carwash will receive a 10% off discount code for their next reservation. **Excessively dirty vehicles may be charged a cleaning fee up to $150 regardless of prepaid wash status**
