FAQ
How does airport delivery work?
All of our deliveries are CURBSIDE. This means we will meet you at the baggage claim terminal curbside for delivery of the vehicle, and we meet at the departures terminal curbside for drop off of the vehicle. There is no simpler check-in/check-out process for renting a car from the airport. No need to shuttle or Uber anywhere after you claim your bags--we'll be meeting you right outside the exit of the baggage claim terminal or in some cases, a nearby parking lot. No need to rush onto a crowded shuttle to catch your flight--we'll be waiting for you at the departure terminal right outside your airline.
Do I need to clean and wash the car prior to the return?
Vehicle should be in clean condition upon return. tracking in dirt is common. Please run the car through a 'touchless' carwash and vacuum the interior if you deem necessary. If not possible, I can run the car through upon return and invoice the cost no problem. See the Turo policy: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/207320447-Cleaning-the-car
How do road and bridge tolls work?
Vehicle is equipped with Fastrak, commonly used for the infrastructure in the Bay Area. Once the toll transaction is logged within the account, I will send the invoice directly through Turo, which may take 14 days. More info: https://www.bayareafastrak.org/en/tolls/toll-locations.shtml Use the FasTrak Flex to pay for tolls on all Bay Area bridges, express lane tolls as a solo driver, and parking fees at garages displaying the FasTrak logo. You can also use it to travel toll-free as a carpool or motorcycle in the 101 San Mateo, 101/SR-85 Santa Clara, I-580, I-680 Contra Costa, I-880 or SR-237 express lanes.
Do I need to bring my own iPhone or Android charging/sync cable?
An iPhone cable will be included in the vehicle during your trip. Unfortunately, If you have an android, please be sure to bring one.
Can I allow someone else to drive?
You may! Although you must be the preent during the pick up, Please ensure the have a Turo account have them added as an ‘authorized driver’ see link for the process and details: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990880-Adding-a-driver-to-a-trip

This was the best experience I have ever had with Turo. David was professional, timely, and communicated extremely well. His truck was perfect for a weekend getaway up the coast to Big Sur, Carmel and Monterey. There were 4 of us and we were comfy in the front and back seats the whole time and had great views!
